Description

Disc thickener is mainly used for washing and thickening pulp in pulping and paper making process.The pulp at the consistency of 0.8%~1.2% enters into the vat and then is attached to disc sector. The white water in the disc flows into the ends of the hollow shaft through slot and then discharges out. Pulp attached on disc sector is peeled off by high-pressure water.

Drum Screen

The working part of the drum screen is the cylinder, the whole screen around the cylinder axis rotation, axis in general installed into a small Angle. The material is fed from one end of the cylinder, the fine material is passed through the sieve hole on the working surface of the cylinder, and the coarse material is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. Drum screen speed is very low, smooth work, good power balance.

Guide roll

Paper machine guide rolls are divided into two types: felt rolls and screen guide rolls. The application parts include pressing, drying, crimping, rewinding and other parts. Felt ducts, wire guide rolls, paper guide rolls, chrome-plated rolls, etc. are all over the front and back of the paper machine. Guide rolls guide and drive the wire and felt in the wet end and drying section of the paper machine. The guide rollers in both areas use the same bearings. However, different lubrication and sealing are used depending on the application location. In the old paper machine, the wet end section is usually lubricated with grease, and the dry section is lubricated with oil. In modern paper machines, both sections are lubricated with oil circulation. Due to different working conditions, the wet end and dry section need to be lubricated with their own oil circulation.
