The ZGS series of vertical high-concentration hydrapulpers are designed according to the principle of water conservancy vortex. The rotor adopts a mechanism that combines double helix and flying force. When the rotor rotates, the high-concentration pulp makes a radial circulation movement, which promotes the hydration and desorption of wastewater. In the process of operation, waste paper is always in a high-concentration state and is deflated into fibers and separated, which has achieved the purpose of recycling. In addition, the blades of the rotor are oblique spirals. No small chips will be formed, creating favorable conditions for slurry screening. This structure is novel, reasonable, and high in pulp concentration. With the characteristics of energy saving, water saving, and small area, it is an ideal waste paper recycling equipment.

Technical Data

The D-series hydrapulper is mainly used to break up various paddle boards, broken paper and various waste paper. The D-series hydrapulpers are designed on the basis of the existing traditional vertical pulpers with reference to relevant foreign materials. Its main feature is: the Volks rotor deviates from the center position, which makes the contact between the slurry and the rotor faster and the frequency is higher. The traditional hydrapulper produces an unobstructed swirling flow, and the paper material moves from the place where it is added to the central rotor in a spiral line, while the D-type hydrapulper changes this flow method and makes the paper material faster In contact with the rotor, it can shorten the time from the paper stock to the disintegration treatment, and can increase the production capacity without increasing the power and volume. In terms of transmission, the D-type hydrapulper has changed the belt pulley drive to the most advanced differential speed reducer transmission for the factory. This improvement saves about 40% of electricity costs for papermaking, increases the service life of the bearings, and saves the cost of the V-belt. The comparison between the use of belt pulleys and differential gear motors is as follows
